I’m Keiran Anderson, multidisciplinary designer and creative director passionate about creating striking visuals. I love combining thoughtful typography with bold compositions to craft designs that stand out. Based in Brighton, I work across branding, UX, UI, print and all things digital. When i’m not designing, you’ll likely find me on the golf course.

Over the years I’ve worked in various agencies and in-house to specialise in all areas of graphic and digital design, including eCommerce, marketing, UX and print. Whilst graphic design is my trade, conceptual development is what really excites me.

Future Digital / Creative Director
As a hands-on Creative Director at Future Digital, design is my passion and my purpose. I thrive on bringing bold ideas to life and inspiring my team to do the same. I am deeply involved in every aspect of the creative process—whether it’s shaping the strategy for digital products, branding, or crafting innovative user experiences. I don’t just set the vision; I roll up my sleeves and work closely with my team to ensure it’s executed flawlessly.
My expertise spans branding, UX/UI design, product design, creative strategies, and everything in between, I’m also a master in advanced PowerPoint decks (YES PowerPoint can be beautiful too). I lead and mentor a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of UX, UI, product designers, eLearning specialists, and copywriters, ensuring that each project reflects our collective creativity and drives tangible value for our clients.
I’m proud to lead creative campaigns from concept through to execution, taking our clients’ visions to new heights with strategic thinking and innovative solutions. My role also involves fostering a collaborative, high-energy culture, where everyone is encouraged to contribute their ideas and grow. As part of the senior leadership team, I am committed to driving the agency forward, overseeing both client-facing projects and our own internal brand development.
From new business proposals and pitches to tender submissions and client presentations, I balance creative leadership with the strategic insight necessary to help the agency grow.
Role & responsibilities
Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary creative team, ensuring alignment across UX, UI, product design, and content to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions.
Oversee the development and execution of innovative creative campaigns, from initial concept to final implementation, driving measurable success for our clients.
Spearhead new business development efforts, including pitch strategies, proposal decks, and client presentations, contributing to agency growth and securing key accounts.
Mentor and foster personal development for team members, cultivating a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Focus Group / Head of Creative
As Head of Creative / Marketing for Focus Group I created their own marketing department. I oversaw and managed the strategic and creative output for all marketing channels. As a hands-on creative leader, I grew and nurtured a team of designers, developers, SEO, marketeers and event co-ordinators on a daily basis, and worked with the SLT to help win new business and drive acquisitions.
Role & responsibilities
Ensured all creative and marketing output was of the highest calibre and on brand
Revenue increased from £12m - £120m+ due to marketing activity
Managing budgets, campaign plans, external agencies, and third-party suppliers
Leading a team of 7 in designing and implementing marketing strategies and lead generating creative campaigns
Working with SLT and shareholders on strategies and acquisitions
Focus Digital Media / Owner & Creative Director
I ran a successful full-service agency for several years with two other shareholders. We offered a range of digital services from product design, branding, UX, UI, print, film, marketing and creative campaigns. Our clients included: Unite the Union, Truffles bakery, Rager & Roberts, David Jordan Estate Agents, RDJW architects.
Aurora Commerce / Creative Lead
As Creative Lead at Aurora we specialised in e-commerce websites for almost a decade, leading the creative side of the business with a team of designers and responsible for all creative output: Product design, UX, UI, branding and frontend coding. At my time here I designed and built front-end websites for high streets brands, including JD Sports, Quiz Clothing, Select Fashion, Stone Island and Blacks/Millets.
